Sec. 1477.060. SIGNATURES; REGISTRATION BY COUNTY TREASURER. (a) A bond issued under this subchapter must be: (1) signed by the county judge; and (2) attested by the county clerk. (b) The county treasurer shall register a bond issued under this subchapter but is not required to sign the bond.
