Sec. 1473.175. USE OF JOINT PROJECT BUILDING. (a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), a public health administration building erected jointly by a county and a municipality under this subchapter may be: (1) used for any purpose that will contribute to the health of the residents of the county and municipality; and (2) occupied and used by the county and municipality jointly. (b) The public health administration building may not be used for hospital purposes.
