Sec. 1467.003. RULES. (a) The commissioner, the Texas Medical Board, and any other appropriate regulatory agency shall adopt rules as necessary to implement their respective powers and duties under this chapter. (b) Section 2001.0045 , Government Code, does not apply to a rule adopted under this chapter.
