Sec. 143.011. DECISIONS AND RECORDS. (a) Each concurring commission member shall sign a decision issued by the commission. (b) The commission shall keep records of each hearing or case that comes before the commission. (c) Each rule, opinion, directive, decision, or order issued by the commission must be written and constitutes a public record that the commission shall retain on file.
