Sec. 142.0085. ALTERNATE DELIVERY SITE LICENSE. (a) The department shall issue an alternate delivery site license to a qualified hospice. (b) The executive commissioner by rule shall establish standards required for the issuance of an alternate delivery site license. (c) An alternate delivery site license expires on the same date as the license to provide hospice services held by the hospice.
