Sec. 14.209. APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVER. (a) In addition to other remedies for the enforcement of a restraining order or injunction, the court in which an action is brought under Section 14.208 (c) may impound and appoint a receiver for the defendant's property and business, including a document relating to the property or business, as the court considers reasonably necessary to prevent a violation through use of the property and business. (b) On appointment and qualification, a receiver has the powers and duties of a receiver under Chapter 64 , Civil Practice and Remedies Code.
