Sec. 14.155. DISCLOSURE. (a) The office may not release or disclose criminal history record information obtained from the Department of Public Safety, Federal Bureau of Investigation Identification Division, or other law enforcement agency, except as provided by Section 411.095 (b), Government Code. (b) Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 256 , Sec. 7, eff. September 1, 2015.
