Sec. 14.111. ADVISORY COMMITTEES. (a) The commissioner may appoint advisory committees to assist the office and commissioner in performing their duties. (b) The commissioner shall specify each committee's purpose, powers, and duties and shall require each committee to report to the commissioner or office in the manner specified by the commissioner concerning the committee's activities and the results of its work.
