Sec. 14.075. PENALTY FOR FRAUDULENTLY ISSUING A SCALE WEIGHT TICKET OR RECEIPT. (a) A person commits an offense if the person fraudulently issues or aids in fraudulently issuing a receipt or scale weight ticket knowing that it contains a false statement. (b) An offense under this section is a felony of the second degree.
