Sec. 1369.351. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Health benefit plan" has the meaning assigned by Section 1369.251 , as added by Chapter 915 (H.B. 1358), Acts of the 83rd Legislature, Regular Session, 2013. (2) "Pharmacy benefit manager" has the meaning assigned by Section 4151.151 .
