Sec. 134.163. TERM OF CESSATION ORDER. Except as provided by Section 134.167 , a cessation order under Section 134.161 or 134.162 remains in effect until the commission: (1) determines the condition, practice, or violation has been abated; or (2) modifies, vacates, or terminates the order under Section 134.166 .
