Sec. 134.071. TERM. (a) A permit is issued for a term not to exceed five years. (b) The commission may grant a permit for a specified longer term if: (1) an applicant demonstrates that a specified longer term is reasonably needed to allow the applicant to obtain necessary financing for equipment or the opening of the operation; and (2) the application for the specified longer term is complete.
