Sec. 133.031. REPORT OF ABANDONED OR INACTIVE QUARRY OR PIT. (a) On or before March 1, 1992, the person responsible for an abandoned quarry or pit shall report to the department. (b) On or before March 1, 1992, the person responsible for a quarry or pit that became inactive before January 1, 1991, and did not resume operations before June 30, 1991, shall report to the department.
