Sec. 131.210. INSPECTION AND EVALUATION. (a) On receipt of the notice and request, the commission shall conduct an inspection and evaluation of the reclamation work involved, the inspection and evaluation to occur within a reasonable time not to exceed 45 days. (b) The evaluation shall consider among other things: (1) the degree of difficulty to complete remaining reclamation; (2) whether pollution of surface and subsurface water is occurring; (3) the probability of continuance or future occurrence of pollution; and (4) the estimated cost of abating pollution.
