Sec. 131.155. TRANSFER OF PERMIT. (a) No transfer, assignment, or sale of the rights granted under a permit issued under this chapter shall be made without the written approval of the commission. (b) A person desiring to succeed to the interests of a permittee under this chapter must file an application on a form prescribed by the commission and including any pertinent information the commission by rule may require.
