Sec. 131.025. HEARING PROCEDURE. At a hearing under this chapter, the commission may: (1) administer oaths or affirmations; (2) subpoena witnesses and compel their attendance; (3) take evidence; and (4) require production of books, papers, correspondence, memoranda, agreements, or other documents or records that are considered relevant or material to the administration of this chapter.
