Sec. 1305.165. LICENSE ISSUANCE; NONTRANSFERABILITY. (a) Not later than the 30th day after the date on which the department determines that an applicant has passed the examination required under this chapter, the executive director shall issue a license to the applicant if the applicant has complied with the application requirements and paid the fees required by this chapter. (b) A license issued by the executive director is valid throughout this state and is not transferable.
