Sec. 1304.154. PROVIDER REQUIREMENTS. A provider may not sell, offer for sale, or issue a service contract in this state unless the provider gives the service contract holder: (1) a receipt for, or other written evidence of, the purchase of the contract; and (2) a copy of the contract within a reasonable period after the date of purchase.
