Sec. 1302.452. CITATIONS FOR CERTAIN VIOLATIONS. (a) A municipal or county official may issue a citation to an air conditioning and refrigeration contracting company that engages in air conditioning and refrigeration contracting without complying with Section 1302.252 . (b) Repealed by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 415, Sec. 3(3), eff. June 14, 2013.
