Sec. 1301.502. CITATION. (a) A water district plumbing inspector or, within the jurisdiction of the municipality, municipal plumbing inspector may issue a citation to a person who engages in conduct described by Section 1301.508 . (b) Repealed by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 137 (H.B. 636 ), Sec. 32(9), eff. May 26, 2021.
