Sec. 1301.4521. CONSEQUENCES OF CRIMINAL CONVICTION. (a) The board shall adopt rules in compliance with the guidelines authorized by Chapter 53 relating to criminal convictions. (b) The board shall adopt a method to review the agency's compliance with Chapter 53 and the rules adopted under this section.
