Sec. 1301.3521. EXAMINATION FEE REFUND. (a) The board shall refund the examination fee paid by an applicant who: (1) provides advance notice of the applicant's inability to take the examination; or (2) is unable to take the examination because of an emergency. (b) The board shall adopt rules that establish the required notification period and the emergency situations that warrant a refund.
