Sec. 130.204. TEXAS SOUTHMOST COLLEGE DISTRICT SERVICE AREA. The service area of the Texas Southmost College District includes the territory within: (1) the Brownsville, Los Fresnos Consolidated, and Point Isabel independent school districts; and (2) Cameron and Willacy counties.
