Sec. 130.190. NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS COLLEGE DISTRICT SERVICE AREA. The service area of the North Central Texas College District includes the territory within: (1) Cooke and Montague counties; (2) Denton County, except the territory within The Colony, the municipality of Frisco, and the Celina, Prosper, and Carrollton-Farmers Branch independent school districts; and (3) the part of the Graham Independent School District that is located in Young County.
