Sec. 130.175. COLLIN COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT SERVICE AREA. The service area of the Collin County Community College District includes the territory within: (1) Collin and Rockwall counties; and (2) the part of Denton County that is within the municipality of The Colony, the municipality of Frisco, and the Celina and Prosper independent school districts.
