Sec. 130.169. BORGER JUNIOR COLLEGE DISTRICT SERVICE AREA. The service area of the Borger Junior College District includes: (1) the territory within the Borger Independent School District; (2) the territory within the Spring Creek Independent School District that is also within the junior college district's taxing district; and (3) the territory within Dallam, Sherman, Hansford, Ochiltree, Lipscomb, Hartley, Hutchinson, Roberts, and Hemphill counties.
