Sec. 130.035. LEGALITY OF PETITION. It shall be the duty of the county school board or boards or the commissioners court or courts petitioned in compliance with Section 130.033 of this code to: (1) pass upon the legality of the petition and the genuineness of the same; and (2) forward the petition, so approved, to the Coordinating Board, Texas College and University System.
