Sec. 13.310. RECEIPT AND EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS. (a) The department may receive and spend federal money allocated to the state for any project established to develop outdoor recreation resources under this subchapter and for administrative and other expenses incident to the administration of these projects. (b) The department may receive and expend funds from the state, a county, a city, or any other source for the development of outdoor recreation resources under this subchapter. (c) The department shall deposit all funds received for the development of outdoor recreation resources in the state treasury to the credit of the state land and water conservation account, the Texas recreation and parks account, the large county and municipality recreation and parks account, or the state parks account.
