Sec. 13.153. ELECTION ORDER; NOTICE. (a) Each board of trustees shall: (1) issue an order for an election to be held on the same day in each district included in the proposed consolidated district; and (2) give notice of the election. (b) If no local consolidation agreement is submitted under Section 13.158 , the ballot in the election shall be printed to permit voting for or against the proposition: "Consolidation of (name of school districts) into a single school district." (c) If a local consolidation agreement is submitted under Section 13.158 , the ballot in the election shall be printed to permit voting for or against the proposition: "Consolidation of (name of school districts) into a single school district under a local consolidation agreement."
