Sec. 126.152. GENERAL POWERS OF CONSERVATOR. The conservator may: (1) take possession and control of the books, records, property, assets, and business of the credit union; (2) conduct the business and affairs of the credit union; (3) sell or assign assets to the conservator; and (4) perform any other action as necessary in connection with the conservatorship.
