Sec. 1251.055. FUND FOR FORMER EMPLOYEES AND MEMBERS. (a) An insurer may issue a group accident and health insurance policy to a trustee of a fund to insure former employees, former members, and the spouses, former spouses, and dependents of former employees and members who were previously insured by the insurer under a policy issued to any entity described by this subchapter. (b) The trustee of a fund is the policyholder under a policy to which this section applies.
