Sec. 124.004. ESTABLISHMENT OF REGIONAL PROGRAM. (a) The commissioners courts of two or more counties may elect to establish a regional veterans treatment court program under this chapter for the participating counties. (b) Repealed by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., Ch. 1352 (S.B. 346 ), Sec. 4.40(30), eff. January 1, 2020.
