Sec. 1232.112. BOND REVIEW BOARD APPROVAL. (a) The authority may not issue obligations until the Bond Review Board has approved the issuance under Chapter 1231 . (b) The Bond Review Board may not approve a bond issue unless a project analysis is submitted for approval as provided by Section 1232.114 . (c) Refunding obligations of the authority must be approved by the Bond Review Board.
