Sec. 1232.058. COMPENSATION AND EXPENSES. A board member is entitled to: (1) a per diem of $50, unless otherwise specified in the General Appropriations Act, for each day the member performs functions as a board member; and (2) reimbursement for actual and necessary expenses that the member incurs in performing board functions.
