Sec. 1232.002. PURPOSE. The purpose of this chapter is to provide a method of financing for: (1) the acquisition or construction of buildings; (2) the purchase or lease of equipment by executive or judicial branch state agencies; and (3) customer rate relief bonds authorized by the Railroad Commission of Texas in accordance with Subchapter I , Chapter 104 , Utilities Code.
