Sec. 123.206. ACTION AS FISCAL OR TRANSFER AGENT; TRANSFER OF CERTAIN INSTRUMENTS; SIGNATURES. A credit union may: (1) act as fiscal agent or transfer agent; (2) transfer a registered and countersigned certificate of stock, bond, or other evidence of indebtedness; or (3) guarantee a signature.
