Sec. 123.104. MEMBERSHIP IN OTHER ORGANIZATION; OPERATION AS CENTRAL CREDIT UNION. A credit union may: (1) be a member of: (A) another credit union organized under this subtitle or other law; and (B) another organization approved by the board; or (2) operate, with the commissioner's approval, as a central credit union.
