Sec. 122.154. PREHARVEST SAMPLE COLLECTION. (a) A license holder shall notify the department at least 20 days before the date the license holder expects to harvest plants from a plot in the manner prescribed by department rule. (b) A sample must be collected by the department or another entity described by Section 122.151 (a) for purposes of preharvest testing under Section 122.153 . (c) The department by rule may prescribe reasonable procedures for submitting a preharvest sample collected under this section to a testing laboratory selected by the license holder.
