Sec. 122.033. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR APPROVAL OF VOTING MACHINE. In addition to other requirements for approval, a voting machine must be equipped with: (1) a security system capable of preventing operation of the machine; (2) registering counters that can be secured against access; (3) a public counter; and (4) a protective counter.
