Sec. 1204.104. GUARDIAN TO ACCOUNT FOR WARD'S LABOR OR SERVICES. (a) Subject to Subsection (b), the guardian of a ward shall account for: (1) the reasonable value of labor or services provided by the ward; or (2) the proceeds of labor or services provided by the ward. (b) The guardian is entitled to reasonable credits for the board, clothing, and maintenance of the ward.
