Sec. 1203.203. SUCCESSOR GUARDIAN TO RETURN INVENTORY, APPRAISEMENT, AND LIST OF CLAIMS. (a) A successor guardian who has qualified to succeed a former guardian shall, in the manner required of an original appointee: (1) make and return to the court an inventory, appraisement, and list of claims of the estate not later than the 30th day after the date the successor qualifies; and (2) return additional inventories, appraisements, and lists of claims. (b) On the application of any person interested in the estate, the court shall, in an order appointing a successor guardian, appoint an appraiser as in an original appointment of a guardian.
