Sec. 1202.056. REIMBURSEMENT. (a) A council member may be reimbursed for actual costs of travel to attend meetings but may not receive a per diem allowance for food or lodging. (b) The travel costs shall be paid out of fees collected by the department under Section 1202.104 .
