Sec. 1201.401. MANUFACTURED HOMEOWNER CONSUMER CLAIMS PROGRAM. (a) The department shall administer the manufactured homeowner consumer claims program to provide a remedy for damages resulting from prohibited conduct by a person licensed under this chapter. (b) The department may make a payment under the manufactured homeowner consumer claims program only after all other departmental operating expenses are sufficiently funded.
