Sec. 1201.203. FORMS; RULES. (a) The board shall adopt rules and forms relating to: (1) the manufacturer's certificate; (2) the statement of ownership; (3) the application for a statement of ownership; and (4) the issuance of an initial or revised statement of ownership. (b) The board shall adopt rules for the documenting of the ownership of a manufactured home that has been previously owned in this state or another state. The rules must protect a lienholder recorded with the department.
