Sec. 12.205. STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS PLAN. The commission shall: (1) develop an agency-wide plan for: (A) improving the effectiveness of commission communications with the public, market participants, and other relevant audiences; and (B) responding to changing communications needs; (2) include in the plan required by Subdivision (1) goals, objectives, and metrics to assess commission efforts; and (3) update the plan required by Subdivision (1) at least once every two years.
