Sec. 12.1167. APPRAISAL OF CERTAIN PROPERTY. The commissioner may adopt rules to require an open-enrollment charter school to: (1) notify the commissioner that the school intends to enter into a transaction with a related party, as defined by commissioner rule adopted under Section 12.1166 ; and (2) provide an appraisal from a certified appraiser to the agency.
