Sec. 1161.204. GUARDIAN'S DUTY TO REPORT LOAN TO COURT. (a) Not later than the 30th day after the date the guardian of the estate loans money from the estate, the guardian shall file with the court a written report, accompanied and verified by an affidavit, stating fully the facts related to the loan. (b) This section does not apply to a loan made in accordance with a court order.
