Sec. 1161.054. INAPPLICABILITY OF PROCEDURE TO CERTAIN ASSETS. (a) The procedure prescribed by this subchapter does not apply if a different procedure is prescribed for an investment or sale by a guardian. (b) A guardian of the estate is not required to follow the procedure prescribed by this subchapter with respect to an investment or sale that is specifically authorized by other law.
