Sec. 1157.001. PRESENTMENT OF CLAIM TO GUARDIAN OF THE ESTATE. A claim may be presented to the guardian of the estate at any time if: (1) the estate has not been closed; and (2) suit on the claim has not been barred by the general statutes of limitation.
