Sec. 1152.158. REGISTRATION OF CERTAIN REAL ESTATE BROKERS. Sections 1152.156 and 1152.157 do not apply to a person who: (1) applied for registration before March 1, 1992; (2) on the date of application held an active real estate broker license under The Real Estate License Act (Article 6573a, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes), as that law existed on the application date; and (3) does not perform or supervise the performance of property tax consulting services for compensation in connection with personal property.
